Verified Backflow Testing provides certified backflow preventer assembly testing, inspection, maintenance, and repair services for residential and commercial customers across North Carolina.

By providing your phone number to Verified Backflow Testing (via website booking forms, phone, or job requests), you consent to receive informational and transactional text messages (such as appointment confirmations, "on my way" alerts, quote approvals, and invoice links).

  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests and appointment schedules.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation text confirming your unsubscribe request, and no further automated SMS messages will be sent to your device unless requested.

  • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice following the completion of service unless prior credit terms have been arranged in writing. Payments processed electronically via credit card or ACH are secured through our third-party payment gateways.

4. Cancellations & Scheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verified Backflow Testing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays or water utility compliance issues beyond our direct operational control.
